Karrie has been a Reiki practitioner since February of 2020. She is a Karuna Reiki® Level 2 Practitioner and, as of January of 2022, a Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Master.

Reiki, life force energy, is powerfully beneficial for those who are ready to explore their inner life. Reiki works to clear blocked energy that stems from ancestral, generational, prenatal, perinatal, and post birth emotional traumas. We experience these blocked energies as various symptoms such as anxiety, depression, anger issues, stage fright, and various physical ailments. Our trauma’s blocked energy also manifests as conscious and unconscious beliefs, such as people are not trustworthy, the world is unsafe, money is difficult to earn, and belief in lack. Negative beliefs about ourselves also stem from emotional trauma as well, such as not being worthy, creative, smart, or beautiful, and all beliefs regarding low self-esteem. All our beliefs, true and false, are the filters through which we create our reality. Reiki helps us see through our false beliefs so that we can truly remember who we are and therefore live our best life. In other words, Reiki is beneficial for inner life work.

Reiki Reset: 3 Sessions Package $200

The Reiki Reset Program is required for all new clients. If you have never had a Reiki session or mentoring sessions with Karrie, please schedule an appointment under the Reiki Reset option. Reiki Reset is a three-week program consisting of three 60 minutes Reiki sessions–one per week for three weeks. The Richway Biomat® is also included with sessions and provides far infrared rays and negative ions. The Reiki Reset program also includes up to 60 minutes of Meditation/Inner Life Mentoring at each session, which is optional. For in person sessions–local 757 residents only–the appointment will be held in your home. Space to set up a massage table is required. Zoom will be used for distance sessions. The total fee of $250 includes all three sessions.

In Person Reiki & BioMat Session $75

A single in person 60 minutes Reiki and Richway Biomat® session for Local (757) Hampton Roads Residents who have gone through the Reiki Reset program and would like a refresher appointment. The appointment will be held in your home. Space to set up a massage table is required.

Distance Reiki Session $60

A distance Reiki session is for clients located anywhere in the world who have gone through the Reiki Reset program and would like a refresher session. We will be together on Zoom for the full 60 minutes of the session.

Richway BioMat & Geranium Pad Session $60

A 60 minutes session, in your home, on the Richway Professional BioMat 7000MX and Geranium Power Pad 187. Because the BioMat’s far infrared rays penetrate deeply into the body and promotes our natural state of health and balance, it can be used to treat a wide range of health issues. US FDA’s Medical Device 510K indications for use: relaxation of muscles & increase of local circulation where applied.
