My roots.

The Annual Michigan Steam Engine & Threshers Club
is held in Mason during the last weekend of July.
The Ingham County Fair

The Mackinac Bridge
The Mighty Mac connects Michigan’s lower and upper peninsulas. It’s the longest suspension bridge in the Western Hemisphere and the 5th longest in the world. The total length is 26,372 feet, and at mid-span it’s about 200 feet above water. To accommodate wind, temperature and weight, the bridge can sway up to 35 feet east or west.
I’m not going to think about that the next time I drive over!

Your pictures are beautiful. After looking through them I feel I need to go visit Michigan. The saving brother video was so typical of boys. I got a laugh out of it.
